You know your teacher is insane when they bring in slices of actual pie to demonstrate properties of math. Somehow, Jackman thought we would understand the meaning of "degree" and "radius" better if she brought in a big slice of pie to symbolize the radian and a little slice of pie to symbolize the degree. Hmm, wouldn't be so bad if it was a better type of pie than custard. *gag* Nasty. I didn't even want to look at it and she shoved it in our faces like I didn't know what a radian was already. She's officially insane.
I want my Spider book. I know I should finish King Lear first and now I have The Bluest Eye and Jude The Obscure because they came today and I know reading my seven summer reading books are the most important but I also know that the instant Spider comes, It'll be in my hands until I finish it. I have book issues. :D This is the only time I don't like English. the summer assignments. They always interfere with my summer fun reading. *sigh* But at least we're reading One Flew... now. Which I am really excited about. Way better than Streetcar...
Wah, Rachel writes a slash drabble about Crope and Tibbett and decides to leave allllll the good stuff to the imagination. Bad for me! Last time I used my imagination Andre and Firmin ended up fancying each other...some involvement of a pink shawl.. er nevermind.
